Now, some of these apps are ones I've never covered on the blog before. And one of these apps also lets you get paid paid while watching Netflix or your favorite TV shows. So you don't want to miss it. Let's get to the passive income apps.

Passive Income App 1: Pawns

Alright guys, so just starting off with the first passive income app I wanted to cover today is an app called Pawns.

Now, I've covered Pawns before on this blog. I actually have a review on Pawns, but I wanted to cover it one more time because it's made a lot of exciting changes recently that have expanded its earning potential.

And so the first way you can make money with the Pawns app is to share your unused Internet bandwidth. So Pawns lets you turn your smartphone into a node in its network and the more bandwidth you share with other people, the more money you can make.

Now, people need to use different IP addresses all over the world, you know for things like watching gated content or market research. And Pawns is basically letting you turn your IP address into an income source.

And what I like about this method is that it's fully passive. You can set it up on your laptop or your smartphone and you just let it run in the background while you sleep and you can earn small amounts of passive income without you lifting a finger.

Now, how much you make with pawns by sharing your Internet bandwidth depends on how fast your Internet is and also where you live, because some IP addresses are more in demand than others.

Now, for me personally, when I tested out Pawns, I live outside of Toronto and I really wasn't making that much by sharing my Internet bandwidth. But if you live in a major city, you might be able to make 5, 10, 15, even 20 bucks a month by sharing your bandwidth.

But like I said, I want to cover Pawns because it also has a few more active options that you can earn money with, including some brand new ones that are pretty high paying.

So with Pawns, you can also make money by answering surveys in your spare time from the mobile app, which is pretty cool.

But Pawns has a new feature that also lets you get paid to play games. And this is a pretty lucrative offer right now. I mean, some of the gaming offers here are paying 5 to $50 or even more, and you basically get paid to download different mobile games and try them in your spare time.

What I like is that there's plenty of genres too. Like you can find card games, puzzle, action strategy, all kinds of different games. And Pawns keeps adding new games to this feature, so there's tons of different ways to earn when you check it out.

Pawns also has a new leaderboard system that pays the top earners every week with even more bonus cash. And it also expanded its quest system so you can get paid even more just by using the app consistently and earning more.

Ultimately, Pawns is kind of like a passive income app now with some get paid to site or app elements.

So again, there's passive options for earning, but more active ones as well that are pretty high paying. And the best part I really like about Pawns is that you only need $5 to cash out and you can redeem Your earnings for PayPal, cash gift cards to companies like Amazon or Walmart, and even cryptocurrencies in some countries.

Passive Income App 2: Caden

All right, guys. And the second passive income app I wanted to cover today is an app called Caden.

And in a nutshell, this iOS app is basically trying to let people get paid for their data. I mean, big tech companies and other companies mine our data all the time, oftentimes without really making it obvious, and they never pay you for your data.

But with Caden free app, that can change. You basically connect a bunch of different services or products you use to caden. You agree to share your data with the app, and you get paid data dividends in exchange.

So you can connect Caden to various products and services like Netflix, Amazon, Uber, Spotify, Walmart, DoorDash, and the more connections you make to Caden, the more you can get paid every single day for sharing your data.

So again, this is fully passive, it happens all in the background. You don't have to answer surveys or enter any information every day to claim this data dividend.

And based on my research, people are making about 4 to 50, $15 per month right now. That's what a lot of different people on Reddit have said. And you can cash out to stripe once you earn $40.

The $40 cash out minimum or 40,000 points is kind of high. That's the one thing I don't like about Caden, but realistically, if you connect enough apps and services to Caden, you can probably make 50 to 100 bucks per year with this app completely on autopilot.

Now, the downside is again, it's only available in iOS right now and it's only in the United States, but you can try other apps as well if you're not in the US or you don't have an iPhone.

Mobile Expression is a great one and that's available on Android. Or you can use Pawns again globally and on your and iOS or from your computer.

Passive Income App 3: Winwalk

All right, guys. And the third passive income app I wanted to talk about today is an app called Winwalk. And really I wanted to mention this app because it's kind of a fun way to earn a little bit of passive income while getting your daily steps in and being more active.

And so winwalk is a free pedometer app that lets you earn free gift cards by sharing data about how you exercise. And you can also complete various missions like playing games or completing surveys to earn even more.

So winwalk is available for Android devices right now. It's free to download. And once you download the app, it actually uses the built in pedometer on your app to measure your activity. So you don't need a Fitbit or a Garmin watch or some kind of third party app to track your fitness.

From there, you just have to agree to let the app track your movement and you begin earning coins. The more steps you take, you earn one coin for every 100 steps you take. And you can earn a maximum of 100 coins per day, which is 10,000 steps per day.

Now, based on your country, this is only like 5 to 10 cents worth of rewards. So again, winwalk and a lot of these passive income apps they are not making anyone rich. But again, this is completely passive. It's fun, it happens in the background and encourages people to be more active.

On top of that, you can earn a lot more with some of the more active offers like downloading apps, playing games or answering surveys and even by watching videos in your spare time.

Now, again, it's still not the highest paying app in most countries. You need $10 worth of coins to cash out, but the rewards are pretty decent. I mean you can cash out gift cards to Amazon, H&M, Uber Eats, Walmart, Xbox, and tons of different popular companies.

Now again, winwalk is not a huge earner, but if you kind of like this fitness app side hustle, I definitely recommend stacking with some similar apps and some apps I've covered on this blog before.

For example, other fitness apps that pay for walking include WeWard, which is a popular one I've covered recently, CashWalk, and then the Evidation app.

If you stack a couple of these fitness apps, you can probably make 3, 5, even $10 per month just by walking around or biking or exercising, which I think is pretty cool.

Passive Income App 4: Tapestri

All right, guys. And the fourth passive income app you can use to start making some easy passive income is an app called Tapestri.

So Tapestri is a newer way to get paid for your data, and the app is available on both Android and iOS devices. And really the idea behind this app is kind of similar to Caden. It's just trying to get people compensated and paid for the data that they share, because most of us are sharing it anyways.

So with Tapestri, you basically agree to share your location data and you get occasional surveys based on the stores you pass by or the different areas of your city you explore.

And again, you're just sharing your data to get paid. Now, Tapestri says you can earn up to $25 per month by enabling Location Rewards. And again, you just get paid small amounts of money passively as you sell your data.

Now, $25 a month is definitely high. I mean, I tested out this app many months ago, and I was barely earning anything just based on where I live. But again, if you get location based surveys, you can earn a little bit more. But I'd probably expect one to $5, maybe $10 per month with this app.

Now, what's nice is that Tapestri is available in tons of different places, so you can download it in North America, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, and the uk it's also in plenty of other countries, although the ones I just mentioned tend to earn a little bit more.

Now, again, don't expect 25 bucks a month, but it's 100% passive. So even if you earn $5 a month or $10 a month, that could be over $50 a year in your pocket just for sharing your data.

Passive Income App 5: Media Rewards

All right, guys. And the fifth passive income app I wanted to mention is a really fun one, and it could let you get paid to watch Netflix or your favorite TV shows, and it's called Media Rewards.

So Media Rewards is a get paid to app that lets you earn rewards by sharing your data and answering surveys. And it works in the background of your smartphone to measure your exposure to media like tv, radio, and the advertisements you see.

So in other words, you just Run Media Rewards in the background on your device and it'll kind of monitor the ads you see or the videos you watch, collect data, and occasionally send you surveys to answer that pay you.

Now, as you share data with Media Rewards, you earn points that make you eligible to enter its monthly cash sweepstakes. So I was testing out the app and I'm still testing it right now on my phone, and I've been entered into tons of different sweepstakes for $50 cash prizes, $100 cash prizes, and even $1,000 cash prizes.

Now, there are dozens of winners every single month for these sweepstakes. I'm still waiting. I have my fingers crossed and I'll update you guys in the comment section of this article if I end up winning eventually.

But that's one of the main ways to make money with Media Rewards. You know, you share your data and you try and get lucky with sweepstakes. But like I mentioned, the other way to make money with this app is you get location based surveys or database surveys.

So in other words, you share some data and eventually Media Rewards sends you a survey that you complete to get paid. Surveys generally pay a few dollars, but can pay as much as $10. And once you complete one, you can cash out with various free gift cards.

So again, if you don't qualify for surveys right away, this app will either make you no money or you'll get lucky with a sweepstakes. But if you're already trying out these passive income apps, you can consider giving Media Rewards a try. And, you know, maybe you get lucky.

But what I like about this app is ultimately it's 100% passive. And if you're comfortable sharing your data about the videos you watch or the kinds of ads you see online, I think it's worth trying.

So there's actually tons of ways to save with Capital One Shopping, and I like it because it's all on autopilot. It's like having a little money saving assistant so you don't have to dig around for deals or coupons. It'll find them for you.

And if you've used programs like Honey, which is another popular extension, you'll definitely want to try out Capital One Shopping. It's also nice because you can earn rewards by shopping at certain sponsored partners so you can get rewards and then cash out with free gift cards. So it has like a mini kind of cash back shopping element as well.

Ultimately, if you do any shopping online, I think it's a very useful extension to have, so definitely recommend checking it out.

I'll quickly wrap up this article by saying again, these passive income apps, they're not making you rich. They're not paying thousands of dollars month. But if you're sharing your data or this is something you're considering doing, you can probably make $100 to $200 per year or a little bit more without really much effort.

Now I've been trying out these apps ever since my phone farming days. I have a little bit of a soft spot for them and I'm always testing out different apps and again, they're not going to make you rich, but I think they're fun.
